Thomas Gymnastics Training Center was established in 1991 by Sally Thomas. We have been at our current location in Rock Hill, SC for over 12 years.

We make learning fun, while emphasizing the seriousness of learning proper techniques and discipline as the students work to become more experienced gymnasts.
